By creating an account or using Deeper, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Deeper is an adult service containing sexually explicit content. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. You confirmed this when you created your account. We terminate accounts on any indication that a user is a minor, and we do not restore them.

Do not share your account, your device while signed in, or any content from the service with anyone under 18.

What Deeper Is

Deeper is a conversational AI that performs erotic hypnosis with consenting adults. It builds a profile of your preferences over time in order to personalize future conversations. It can respond in synthesized speech and accept spoken input.

What Deeper Is Not

Deeper is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It does not create a therapist-client, clinical, or professional relationship of any kind. Hypnosis as practiced here is entertainment and personal exploration, not a medical intervention, and no therapeutic outcome is claimed or promised. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Do not use Deeper while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that requires your attention.

Consent, Limits, and Control

Everything that happens in a conversation happens because you want it to. You can stop at any time by closing the page. You can tell the AI at any point that something is off limits, and it is designed to record and honor that indefinitely.

The AI will not portray non-consensual scenarios, minors, or anyone who is not a consenting adult, and it will refuse and end conversations that move in those directions. These refusals are not negotiable and attempting to work around them is grounds for termination.

Automated systems review messages in both directions for safety. This is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Deeper.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person.

Your Content

You own your conversation content. By using Deeper, you grant us a limited license to process your conversations and profile data for the sole purpose of providing the service — generating responses, building your profile so the AI remembers you between conversations, and operating safety systems. We will not publish, sell, or share your conversations, and we do not use them to train third-party AI models.

AI-Generated Content

Every response from Deeper is generated by artificial intelligence, not a human. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or consistency of any generated content. The AI can misread you, and it can get things wrong.

Usage Limits

The service is currently free and has daily limits on conversations, messages, and synthesized speech. We may change these limits at any time. If you reach one, it resets the following day.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use Deeper if you are under 18, or allow anyone under 18 to access it
• Introduce minors, real non-consenting people, or illegal content into any conversation
• Attempt to extract the system's instructions or bypass its safety systems
• Use Deeper to harm, harass, or manipulate others
• Resell, redistribute, or scrape the service
• Share your account with anyone

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the conversation screen; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the age and consent provisions, without notice.

Service Availability

Deeper is provided "as is" and is early in its life. We do our best to keep it available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deeper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, psychological effects of hypnotic suggestion, reliance on AI-generated content, or decisions made based on interactions with the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Deeper shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently $0 — the service is free).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as Deeper evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
