Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Deeper ("we," "us," "our") operates deeperhypnosis.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. Read it properly — this service holds unusually sensitive information about you, and you should know exactly what happens to it.

What We Collect

We do not run advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing scripts on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no advertising cookie. The only browser storage we use is what keeps you signed in and remembers your voice and playback preferences.

Why We Collect It

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. We do not share the content of your conversations with anyone.

Sensitive Personal Information

Your conversations and profile reveal information about your sex life and sexual orientation. Under the GDPR this is special category data (Article 9), and under the CCPA it is sensitive personal information. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you gave when you created your account, and only for the purposes above.

You may withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your account, which erases the data. There is no way to use this service without providing this data, because the data is what the service does.

Who Processes Your Data

Each of these is bound by its own terms as a processor. We have configured every one we can to not retain your content for training. We cannot make guarantees on their behalf about their internal handling beyond those terms, and if a processor's retention terms change materially we will update this policy.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to the database requires server-side credentials that are never exposed to your browser. Messages are scanned for obvious personal identifiers — phone numbers, email addresses, and similar — which are redacted before storage.

No system is perfectly secure. Please do not put your real name, address, workplace, or other identifying details into conversations; the service does not need them, and they make a breach worse.

Retention

Your account, transcripts, and profile are kept for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and they are erased.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, immediately, from the link in the conversation screen. No email, no waiting period, no retention of a copy.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or export your data, to object to processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email us and we will help.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser storage for your authentication session and for small preferences (which voice you chose, playback speed). There are no advertising or analytics cookies. The service does not work if you block its own session storage, because you cannot stay signed in.

Children

Deeper is strictly for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately and we will terminate it and erase the data. This site carries the RTA label so parental filtering software can block it.

AI Disclosure

Deeper is an AI system. Every response is generated by artificial intelligence, not a human. The AI makes inferences about your desires, patterns, and beliefs from what you say; those inferences are stored in your profile and used to personalize future conversations. They can be wrong. Deeper is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care.

International Transfers

Our processors operate in the United States and elsewhere. Using the service means your data is transferred to and processed in those locations.

Changes

We may update this policy as Deeper evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
